EZYPC Terms and Conditions

All products purchased from EZYPC are subject to the following terms and conditions. These terms contain information about your legal rights and obligations, including exclusions and limitations that apply to you. By ordering any product from EZYPC (“EZYPC”), you (“Customer/Consumer”) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. You and EZYPC agree that these terms are the exclusive terms of sale for the transaction between EZYPC and the customer.

Terms of Use

This standard Terms and Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions that apply to any product purchased, received, delivered, or used from EZYPC or its subsidiaries or affiliates. By accepting the delivery of products purchased from EZYPC and described on your invoice, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any attempt to change, supplement, or amend this document, or to enter into an order for products subject to additional or altered terms and conditions, is void unless both parties have signed a written agreement. These terms and conditions may be changed at any time at the sole discretion of EZYPC without prior written notice.

Definitions

“We,” “our” refer to EZYPC.
“You” or “your” refer to the individual or entity named on the invoice.

Payment Terms

Orders; Interest. Advertised prices are in Australian dollars and, unless otherwise stated, do not include shipping, handling, or any taxes that may be levied by your jurisdiction. Payment terms are determined by EZYPC at its sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be received by EZYPC before the acceptance of an order. EZYPC may issue partial invoices for orders. You agree to pay interest on any overdue amounts at the highest rate permitted by law.

Shipping and Ownership

EZYPC will arrange for the shipping of the products you purchase. Ownership of the product passes to you when EZYPC delivers the product to the carrier, and the risk of loss passes to you when the product is delivered to your designated address. Ownership of software remains with the software licensor. Your use of the software is governed by the applicable software license agreement. You must notify EZYPC of any missing or damaged items in your order within five (5) days of receiving the products.

Cancellations

Once we receive an order, we begin processing it immediately. Since each PC we sell is customizable (or made to order), including ordering stock, committing resources, administrative work, and other related procedures, these are costs incurred by our business. Therefore, once an order is placed, we cannot accept cancellations or provide a full refund for any reason, whether due to a change of mind or otherwise. There are two ways to handle a cancelled order:

  1. Cancel the order and issue a refund minus a 25% restocking fee.

  2. Cancel the order and issue a full credit to be used on our website, provided as a discount code. This can be used in one go or multiple times.

We strongly recommend that you consider this cancellation policy carefully before finalizing your purchase, as it is non-negotiable.

Warranty

New PC Equipment Warranty: All new PC systems come with a two-year warranty (from the date of purchase). If your PC fails during this period, you can return it to us for repair (shipping costs may apply). EZYPC offers a 24-month return-to-base warranty service for all purchased computers. Our technicians may require up to 14 business days to complete any return-to-base warranty claims.

Used PC Equipment Warranty:

  • Used desktop computers have a 14-day warranty (from the date of purchase).

  • Other used products (such as laptops, accessories, etc.) do not come with a warranty.

Other Manufacturer Product Warranty: Products manufactured by other manufacturers will have their own warranty/repair information. Please check the manufacturer's warranty return information.

Please note that EZYPC does not provide services to international customers. All sales, warranties, and support are available only within Australia.

Limitation of Liability

EZYPC is not liable for any damages beyond those provided in the warranty terms, including but not limited to the inability to use the product, loss or damage of data or software, or any liabilities arising from the provision of services and support. Even if advised of the possibility of such damages, EZYPC is not responsible for lost profits, business losses, or other consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, or for any third-party claims, unless specifically stated here. You agree that EZYPC is not responsible for any damages exceeding the total amount you paid for the purchase under this agreement.
