💛 Services Offered: Computer Assembly, Custom Water-Cooled Builds, Hardware Upgrades, Computer Repairs (Desktop & Laptop), Dust Cleaning, System Reinstallation, etc. 💛

Additionally, if home delivery and installation of the PC and monitor are required, an extra one-time fee of $50 will be charged.

Urgent Service (Out-of-Hours):
For business customers or those requiring urgent service, an additional $99 will be charged for the first hour. After placing the order and payment, service will be completed within 24 hours.
Out-of-hours on-site and in-store services will be subject to the urgent service fee.

Pricing Regulations:
If the total service time is less than one hour, we will charge the full fee for the first hour.
For services extending beyond the first hour, every half-hour will be charged separately. Any time less than half an hour will be rounded to half an hour (the first hour cannot be split). Please refer to the details below‼


Other Important Details:

Estimated Service Time:
After accepting a task, we will provide an estimated time frame so that the customer has a rough expectation. This time frame will be based on our initial evaluation of the computer and the potential challenges during the assembly/repair process. We aim to remain transparent and complete repairs within the estimated time.

Services Beyond One Hour:
If the actual repair time exceeds one hour, we will communicate with the customer promptly and provide a detailed report of the completed work. The customer will have the opportunity to review the progress and decide whether to continue the repair.

Work Records & Traceability:
We will maintain detailed work records for each repair task, including the specific content of the repair, parts used, and the time spent. These records will be available for the customer to review at any time, ensuring transparency in the repair process and providing controllable service quality.
